Meet Lauren!
Lauren is a Veterinary Office Assistant and joined our team in May 2025, after working at several vet clinics in the last 3 years.
Lauren loves to surround herself with people who like animals as much as she does, so a veterinary clinic environment makes her happy! She also enjoys seeing the many victories in veterinary care. To her, that makes the job worthwhile.
Personal
Lauren was born in Winnipeg and raised in Gimli, Manitoba. From an early age she has loved helping animals.
At home she has 7 cats: Lucy, Holly, Skatti, Bella, Cheeba, Smokey and Pumpkin. Holly and Skatti are twins! They were rescued and Lauren bottle fed them. She also has 3 dogs: Bentley, Daisy Duke and Birdita Amie. Daisy Duke is a Husky, Shepherd and Akita mix who loves to sing! Awooo!
In her spare time, Lauren likes to volunteer at spay/neuter clinics. You may also find her camping with her dogs. She loves art and especially painting.
FUN FACT: Lauren has a feral queen tattoo because she loves handling spicey/feral cats.
